We designed our extractors with quality and usability as our top priorities and we're confident that you'll love the convenience of using an EXtoil oil extractor to change your oil.  However, in the event that using our extractor is not to your liking, please return the product to us and we will provide you with a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number before sending your order back to EXtoil.
• Returns must be made within 90 days of order date.
• Returned extractors must be COMPLETELY clean of used oil.  Used motor oil is a hazardous material.  Boxes with evidence of leaking oil may be discarded by shipping carriers and will be refused by our warehouse.  Extractors that are discarded due to oil leakage are not refundable.
• Returned Extractors must include any and all accessories, including tubes, plugs and adapters if equipped.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
